This portal exposes the same signed RCO read tools as the public MCP door, behind authenticated identity, per-tool policy and call logging.

Use this door when your organization requires governed MCP access. Use mcp.rco-a2a.ai/mcp when public read access is appropriate.

Governance changes who may call. It does not change the record.

Connecting a client

The governed endpoint is https://portal.rco-a2a.ai/mcp (Cloudflare MCP portal). Point any MCP client with OAuth support at it; the portal answers with an OAuth challenge and resource_metadata, your identity provider authenticates you (one-time PIN or your organization's IdP once federated), and the same four read tools resolve under your identity with per-call logging.
