RCO-A2A is a stateless read service with a controlled issuer write path. It has no user accounts and collects no personal information.
The public MCP endpoint (mcp.rco-a2a.ai/mcp) answers read requests about products and jurisdictions. Requests carry tool arguments (product identifiers, jurisdiction codes, record ids) — none of which are personal data. Responses are signed public records. The service stores nothing about the caller.
Standard HTTP request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamp, path) exist transiently at the serving infrastructure (Microsoft Azure, Cloudflare) for operation and abuse prevention, with retention as configured by those platforms. The governed portal (portal.rco-a2a.ai) additionally logs authenticated tool calls in Cloudflare's portal logs, retained as configured there. The issuer write path logs requests to Azure Application Insights for the operation of the door; submitted records are public documents by design.
