These terms govern use of the RCO-A2A public surfaces operated by GreenCore Solutions Corp. ("GSC").
RCO-A2A serves signed Regulatory Compliance Objects — deterministic records stating a product's compliance state in one jurisdiction, resolved upstream and verifiable against the issuer's published public key. Reads are public and require no account.
A record is the signed statement of its named issuer. Verification proves what the issuer stated; it does not make GSC a regulator or certifier, and it is not legal advice. The issuer owns the statement; GSC verifies, receipts, and serves. Consumers apply their own policy to the resolved state.
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, forge records or signatures, or misrepresent a record's issuer or state. The issuer write path is available only to consortium-admitted issuers under the Enterprise Partner License, with keys of their own.
The service is provided as-is; measured availability is published without editorial adjustment at status.rco-a2a.ai. The protocol layer (schemas, tool contract, test vectors) is MIT licensed.
