These terms govern use of the RCO public surfaces operated by GreenCore Solutions Corp. ("GSC").
RCO serves signed clearance records: deterministic statements of whether a product is cleared to sell in one market, resolved upstream and verifiable against the issuer's published key. Reads are public and need no account.
A record is the signed statement of its named issuer. Verification proves what the issuer stated; it does not make GSC a regulator or certifier, and it is not legal advice. The issuer owns the statement; GSC verifies, receipts and serves. Consumers apply their own policy to the state.
Do not disrupt the service, forge records or signatures, or misrepresent a record's issuer or state. The write path is available only to admitted issuers under their agreement.
The service is provided as is; measured availability is published at status.rco-a2a.ai. To the extent permitted by law GSC is not liable for decisions taken on a record. Governing law: British Columbia, Canada.
